CURRENT WEBSITE ORDER TURNAROUND TIME: Shipped out in approximately 3-4 weeks after order is paid.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS: Shipped out in approximately 30-60 days after order is paid and/or closing date of pre-order.

Thank you for shopping with Trendy Tees N More. Please remember that we are a small, Mom run business that assembles, makes or presses each item in your order by hand. These items are made with love by a person and not a machine or in a factory.
Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. As a small business, I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please message me and we will come to a solution on how to resolve.
Shipping prices are based on order amounts and are automatically calculated when checking out.
We do everything in our power to ship within our stated turn around times. Current turnaround times will be posted and updated at the top of this page. Days are counted in business days and begin the first business day after you place your order. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and USPS Holidays). If the turnaround time for your order has passed and you have not received shipping information, please contact us at trendyteesnmore@outlook.com. If you contact us regarding the shipment of your order and we are still with the current estimated processing time for order turnaround, your message may not be returned until your order has shipped or if we exceed our fulfillment time. We are not ignoring you, it takes time away from order processing to answer status questions prior to the estimated completion time is all.
Orders will ship to address provided at checkout. We will only ship to verified addresses so please be sure that your address is correct when placing your order. The United States Postal Service is who we ship through but will offer other shipping carriers for an additional cost.
If you do not read the policies and turn-around times stated in each items description then we are not to be held at fault and NO refunds will be made.
Local pick up/delivery is available for the area surrounding Cedar Rapids, Iowa ONLY. Pick up Location is at my permanent vendor booth location: Rustic Chic Boutique, please contact me to set up a pick up date for your order. If you are not local you will be required to pay shipping before you will receive your item. If shipping fees are not paid within 2 days you will receive half of your total order cost refunded.
